Ticket Purchase:

The duration of the Maya World tour is only 1 hour.
Once sold, the tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
No refund or return for power cut.
Maya world will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the items placed in parking.
There may be illusions that are unavailable because of maintenance.
Edible products are strictly prohibited.
You may not resell or transfer your tickets to any third party.

Maya World reserves the right to refuse entry to our illusion Hub to anyone who does not comply with our illusion Hub rules and guidelines. We reserve the right to change our illusion Hub rules and guidelines at any time.

Limitation of Liability:

Maya World shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our website or your visit to our illusion Hub, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Maya World is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
